First ever ASEAN Student Mobility Forum held with the support of the EU

EU Support to Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (SHARE) Programme, in cooperation with the Philippines Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has successfully held the First ASEAN Student Mobility Forum in Manila. About 200 participants attended the forum with a majority being university students/alumni, to discuss the impact that student mobility has on individuals’ studies, employability, careers, as well as on societies and on the ASEAN region as a whole. The Forum was part of SHARE’s series of Policy Dialogue events in support of ASEAN’s vision in higher education area. The Forum also celebrated the 50 years of ASEAN, the 40 years of ASEAN-EU Dialogue Relations and the 30 years of Erasmus+. For more information, please see the press release.
