Feasibility Study on Enhanced Regional Cooperation on Emergency Preparedness and Response in Southeast Asia

The Feasibility Study on Enhanced Regional Cooperation on Emergency Preparedness and Response in Southeast Asia was launched by European Commission DG DEVCO in the auspices of the Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation (INSC) program in October 2014 and implemented by European Commission Joint Research Centre. An International Workshop will be held in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 18 February, to disseminate the main findings of the Feasibility Study, as well as the follow-up actions that will be taken to implement the strategy developed in the frame of the aforementioned Study.

 

The workshop has been co-organized by EC Joint Research Centre and AELB and will be attended by participants from the ten ASEAN Member States, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the European Commission and other countries neighbouring ASEAN (eg, Australia).
