ASEAN Intellectual Property Offices define priorities for cooperation

Heads of Intellectual Property Offices (IPOs) of the EU and ASEAN met for the third time within the framework of the EU-ASEAN Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (ECAP III). ASEAN Economic Ministers at their meeting on 3 August in Vientiane acknowledged the good outcomes of the IPOs meeting, noting that it “reaffirmed the list of priority areas for IP cooperation” in the context of the current EU project ECAP III, as well as its expected follow-up project in 2017.
